Growth and GTM consulting for operators who need revenue, not theory.
Most growth consulting ends with a strategy, a persona document, and a funnel diagram. None of those book meetings. MetaSeries runs growth and GTM consulting for mid-market companies that need pipeline, better conversion, and revenue systems that compound.
We work across the motions that actually move the number: outbound programs, performance marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, and the operations layer underneath all of it. We build programs, not frameworks.
What we run
Growth is a broad word. Most operators looking for help need one of a few specific motions. Here’s what we actually run, and when each one makes sense.
Outbound programs
For B2B companies where the buyer is identifiable, the deal size justifies direct outreach, and the internal sales team either doesn’t exist or doesn’t have capacity. We build outbound programs end to end: ICP definition, list building and enrichment, messaging and sequencing, AI-assisted personalization, deliverability management, reply handling, meeting booking, and the CRM plumbing that keeps it all measurable.
Most outbound programs we run reach measurable traction inside 60 to 90 days and move into optimization mode after that.
Lead generation programs
For companies that need a volume-based acquisition channel. We design and operate lead generation programs across paid, outbound, content, and partnership channels, with a bias toward programs where the unit economics work at scale. For select verticals (financial services, legal, home services, healthcare, energy, and others), we operate performance-aligned programs where part of our fee is tied to delivered leads or outcomes.
Lead generation work is vertical-flexible. The mechanics of running a pipeline program are similar across industries; the specifics of creative, compliance, and channel mix are not. We’ll scope both on the call.
Performance marketing
For companies spending on paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic) and not getting the efficiency they should. We run performance marketing engagements as either strategy-and-oversight (you have an internal team or an agency, we bring senior operator thinking and independent measurement) or full-service media buying (we run the channels directly). Creative, landing pages, tracking, and attribution are part of the scope when they need to be.
- You have product-market fit but no reliable acquisition engine. The deals you close are real, but they come from referrals, one-off channels, or founder-led selling that doesn’t scale.
- You’re spending on growth and can’t tell what’s working. Paid budgets, agencies, SDR teams, content, all running without clear attribution or confidence in the unit economics.
- You need pipeline, fast. A sales team under quota pressure, a board meeting coming up, a runway clock ticking. The engagement needs to produce measurable pipeline inside 90 days.
- You’re entering a new market or segment. New vertical, new geography, new product line. The existing GTM doesn’t translate directly and you need a sequenced plan plus execution.
- Your outbound isn’t working and you don’t know why. Either it never worked, or it stopped. Deliverability, list quality, messaging, sequencing, targeting, or all of the above.
- You want to test a new channel without hiring a team for it. Outbound, paid, content, partnerships, lead gen. We run it, you evaluate it, you decide whether to build it in-house after.
When to bring us in
We're not the right partner for every situation. A few of the ones where we typically add the most leverage:
Who this is built for
Growth and GTM consulting at MetaSeries is built for companies with real revenue and real decisions about where to invest next.
The people we work with most often:
CEOs and founders
at post-product-market-fit companies who need the acquisition engine built or rebuilt
VPs of Marketing and Growth
owning the number and needing execution capacity or senior strategic thinking
Heads of Sales and Revenue
responsible for pipeline coverage and closing the gap on quota
What engagements look like
Every engagement starts with a scoping call. We spend 30 to 45 minutes understanding the business, the pipeline goal, the current state of the growth stack, and the timeline. If the fit is real, we scope an engagement. If it isn’t, we say so.
Most growth and GTM engagements run in one of four shapes.
Strategy and assessment. 3 to 6 weeks.
A structured engagement to answer a specific GTM question or produce a growth plan. Typically includes channel analysis, unit economics review, competitive teardown, and a sequenced roadmap.
Program builds. 8 to 16 weeks.
We design, build, and launch a specific program (outbound, paid, lead gen, content) and hand it off running. Optional ongoing operation after launch.
Full-service growth operation. Monthly, 3-month minimum.
We run one or more growth motions as an extension of your team. Senior operator direction plus execution capacity.
For select lead generation and performance marketing work, we structure fees against delivered results (qualified meetings, leads, transfers, or closed revenue depending on the motion). Available case-by-case. We don't do hourly consulting. We don't do open-ended retainers without measurable goals. And we don't take on work we don't think will produce pipeline.
Frequently asked questions
How is MetaSeries different from a growth marketing agency?
Two things. First, you work directly with senior operators who’ve built and run real businesses, not an account team rotating across 30 clients. Second, our scope includes strategy and execution. Most agencies run one channel well and stay out of the rest of the GTM. We work on the full motion, from strategy through the systems underneath pipeline.
Do you run outbound, paid ads, lead generation, and content all in-house?
We run each of these directly when the engagement calls for it. For programs that require specific compliance, vendor access, or infrastructure (healthcare lead gen, financial services paid media, large-scale outbound infrastructure), we’ll either bring the right partners into the engagement or scope around them. The operator leadership and strategy stay with us.
What industries do you run growth and GTM work in?
We’re industry-agnostic. We’ve run growth and GTM engagements across B2B SaaS, financial services, legal, healthcare, home services, consumer apps, professional services, and more. For lead generation specifically, we work across regulated and non-regulated verticals, with compliance scoped into the engagement.
How long before the engagement produces measurable pipeline?
Depends on the motion. Outbound programs typically hit measurable traction in 60 to 90 days. Paid programs show signal in 30 to 60 days. Lead generation programs produce volume inside the first 30 to 60 days but hit unit-economic equilibrium around day 90. Strategy and assessment engagements produce a decision in 3 to 6 weeks.
Do you take performance-aligned fees?
For select lead generation and performance marketing engagements, yes. Part of the fee is tied to delivered outcomes (qualified meetings, leads, transfers, or closed revenue depending on the motion). We discuss structure on the scoping call.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Pricing depends on the motion, the scope, and the fee structure (fixed, retainer, or performance-aligned). We scope pricing on the initial call, and we only send a proposal if the engagement has a real chance of producing the results the business needs. No hourly billing. No open-ended retainers without clear goals.
